VirtualOffice :: Are You A Commercial User?
VirtualOffice is free to use for educators affiliated with a state/federally recognized accredited educational
institution. For example grade school teachers, junior high school teachers, high school teachers,
college and junior college professors/instructors/lecturers, home school teachers, teaching assistants, etc.
If the courses you are teaching are not affiliated with an accredited educational institution,
but are part of a commercial enterprise, you may subscribe as a commercial user by completing
our commercial license agreement.

VirtualOffice :: What You Get With A Commercial License
Commercial license users are charged
$12.95 per month for each live (activated) website. You may create, edit and view
an unlimited number of "preview" websites at no charge. Once a website is ready
for use by your students/users, you can activate the website and only then will the
monthly fee be charged. Commercial websites are not listed in the
search directory on our main website, which only addresses educational
institutions.

- Frequently Asked Questions: Easily supply answers to commonly asked questions.
- Discussion Forums: Set up discussion forums for your students to discuss problems with each other.
- Virtual TA: A virtual teaching assistant that answers students questions by searching your site!
- Course Announcements: Display parts of your site (faq, help, etc) or create a custom announcement in the ticker.
- Course Documents: Upload unlimited course documents and material for your students to download.
- Course Webpages: Easily create an unlimited number of custom course webpages.
- Course Calendar: Create a course calendar to help students keep track of important dates!
